Delivery

Delivery within the municipality of Chișinău is usually carried out on the same day or, at the latest, on the next working day. However, the official delivery time is up to 72 hours from the moment your order is confirmed by our operators. Delivery is made between 09:00 and 20:00 and is free for orders of at least 300 MDL. For orders of a lower value, a delivery fee of 30 MDL is charged (which will be included in the total transaction/order amount).

Deliveries within the territory of Moldova are usually made on the next working day, but the official delivery time is up to 120 hours from the confirmation of the order. Deliveries are made between 09:00 and 20:00 and are free for orders of at least 800 MDL. For orders of a lower value, a delivery fee of 65 MDL is charged (which will be included in the total transaction/order amount).

For pre-orders, the delivery time may take up to 29 working days.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays.

The delivery time may be extended in certain isolated situations (e.g. bad weather, public holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter one of these isolated situations in advance.

You can choose any address for delivery - home, office or any other address, with no additional charges. We only accept one delivery address for each order. If you need to ship your order to different addresses, please register different orders for each address.

Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
