The present Terms and Conditions of use of the online shop www.vinylka.md are applicable to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by VINYLKA RECORDS SRL through the website.

In order to use the site in good conditions, we recommend that you carefully familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions presented. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Acest site este deținut de VINYLKA RECORDS SRL. La înregistrarea comenzii in magazinul online, Cumpărătorul  accepta Termeni si Condițiile de vânzare a bunurilor/produselor și/sau prestare a serviciilor  care sunt bazați pe legislația RM (in continuare – Termeni și Condiții) prezentate mai jos.

The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by VINYLKA RECORDS SRL, in accordance with Law no.284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. Relations between the customer and the seller are established on the basis of Law no.105/2003 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions and the Buyer is obliged to monitor changes.

2. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By using www.vinylka.md , you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data, which is necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.

Personal data is only processed for legitimate purposes, such as to provide the products you order, promotions, google analytics, cookies and newsletter notifications.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions laid down in Law No 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the site. Transmission of data over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information we provide to the Buyer, so he will do so at his own risk.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid by credit card - upon receipt of your order you will receive the receipt confirming payment. 

Online payment is made in maximum security using the payment card as payment instrument, which allows online transactions. After making the payment you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

The payment processor uses a secure system, based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard which means a new global approach to shopper authentication in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user when making a payment to a secure page maib where each cardholder's authentication is done by assigning a disposable code for each online transaction.

Reimbursement is made only to the payment card that was used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialised payment system server.

The following data will be required for payment:

• Card number (16 digits)

• Expiry date (month and year)

• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)

• Name and surname on payment card

All payments are processed in the national currency - MDL (Moldovan lei). If the currency of the transaction differs from the currency of the payment, the conversion of the amount of the transaction is made according to the exchange rate of the issuing bank for card transactions on the day of settlement.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS/GOODS/SERVICES

After registration of the order, the buyer is given information on the expected date of transmission of the order by the courier/delivery service. 

Livrarea în raza mun. Chișinău se efectuează în timp de 72 ore de la confirmarea a comenzii de către operatorii noștri. Livrarea se efectuează de la ora 09:00  până la ora 20:00  și este gratuită pentru comenzi de minim  300 MDL, pentru comenzi cu valoare mai mică se achită livrarea 30 MDL (care va fi inclusă în suma totală a tranzacției/comenzii).

Livrarea pe teritoriul R.Moldova se efectuează în timp de 120 ore, de la confirmarea comenzii de către operatorii noștri. Livrarea se efectuează de la ora 09:00 până la ora 20:00  și este gratuită pentru comenzi de minim 800 MDL, pentru comenzi cu valoare mai mică se achită livrarea 65 MDL (care va fi inclusă în suma totală a tranzacției/comenzii).

No deliveries on Sundays or national holidays.

The delivery time may be extended in certain isolated situations (e.g. bad weather, public holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter one of these isolated situations in advance.

You can choose any address for delivery - home, office or any other address, with no additional charges. We only accept one delivery address for each order. If you need to ship your order to different addresses, please register different orders for each address.

Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.

5. RIGHT OF RETURN  

According to the notion of Law No 105-XV of 13 March 2013 on consumer protection The buyer has the right to return the purchased product/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. The money is returned to the card on which the purchase was made.

 

Unsealed items cannot be exchanged or returned, în conformitate cu  Anexa nr.1 a Hotărârii Guvernului №1465 din 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), în redacția Hotărârii Guvernului №1188 din 02.11.2007 (МО175/09.11.2007).

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Law No.133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automated and manual), in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality and respect for the rights of data subjects.

The supplier collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, telephone number, address, postal address.

Personal data is used solely for the purpose of administering the site, to enable access to special information, to deliver orders or to contact the consumer for delivery. By this information, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, telephone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers that are provided by browsing, using and registering on the website www.vinylka.md

Any information provided by users and consumers of the site www.vinylka.md, shall be deemed and shall represent express consent for the personal data to be used by the Provider.

The provider will not disclose to a third party any of the data held without the consent of the data subjects and will not trade, exchange, disclose these data with other persons, with the exceptions provided for by the legislation in force (at the request of state public institutions, law enforcement bodies, courts, also authorized to process personal data).

The provider does not collect transaction information such as card number, expiry date, country of origin.
